1) Shuffle a standard deck of 52 cards.
2) The cards have to be face down so you can't see them.
3) Both players draw a card from the deck. The highest card goes first. Ace is the highest card. If a tie, both players draw another card from deck.
4) Reshuffle the deck.
5) Both players draw five cards from the deck. The cards are then put face up in front of each player so everyone can see them.
6) The goal is to match two of your five face up cards. (e.g., if one of your face up cards is a 7, you have to draw a 7. If you have a king, you have to draw a king.) If you have two face up cards that are a 6 and draw a 6, the drawn 6 can only be used to remove one of the face up 6's cards, not both of them.
7) Both players draw one card at a time from the deck. The player who won the high card draw (rule 3) goes first. If a card is matched then both cards are taken off; the drawn card and the face up card. If no card is matched, just the drawn card is taken off and the other player goes next.
Players - (2 players) Both players take turns drawing a card from the deck one at a time. The first player to match two of their cards wins the game.
